Pursuant to the Article 474, Paragraph 3 of the Capital Market Act, Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., with headquarters in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, PIN: 84214771175 (hereinafter: "the Company"), hereby notifies that as at May 07, 2021, the Company holds 406 own shares, which represents 0.03% of the Company's share capital.

The Company acquires its treasury shares with the purpose to award shares to employees under the Award Program and Loyalty Program.

Reserves for treasury shares are allocated based on the decisions reached by the Company's General Assembly.

The Company does not have a program for acquiring own shares and neither there is a program of employee share ownership.
