Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to declare a second interim dividend of 3.50 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2022, in substitution for a final dividend.

This makes a full year distribution of 4.90 pence per share, a 3.16% (increase) on last year's full year distribution of 4.75 pence per share and is fully covered by revenue.
