On 13 January 2023, under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, awarded 3,294 ordinary shares to directors, PDMRs and employees at the closing mid-market price on 12 January 2023 of 362.50p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of the Plan.
