Appointment of new Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Bridget Guerin as a non-executive Director of the Company, following her election by Shareholders at today's AGM.

As disclosed in the Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2022, Bridget has also taken over as Chair, following David Warnock's retirement at the AGM.

Bridget is currently a non-executive Director of Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc and Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc, and previously held the position of Chair of Schroder Income Growth Fund plc. Bridget has held senior positions as marketing director at Ivory & Sime plc and Schroders and was managing director of Matrix Money Management Limited. She is also Chair of York Racecourse and trustee of the York Racecourse Pension Fund.
