Subject: Appointment of Mr. Nearchos Petrides as Executive Officer of Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd

We would like to inform you that Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited (the "Company") announces the appointment of Mr. Nearchos Petrides as Executive Officer of the Company as of June 25, 2015.

Mr. Petrides graduated from the University of Nottingham of England and Malesia with a Bachelor's degree (BSc Hons) in Finance, Accounting and Management. After the completion of his studies in 2011, he joined KPMG Cyprus for a period of three years and six months in the Audit department. At the Senior Supervising level, he has specialized himself in the external audit of insurance companies as well as credit institutions and has gained valuable experience from the audits of a Cyprus Stock Exchange listed company. In 2015 he became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Also he is a founding member and Ex-Director of the Rotaract Club Nicosia Ledra.
