Subject: Five-year agreement with the tour operator TUI UK

The company has reached a five-year agreement with the tour operator TUI UK for the exclusive use of PIONEER BEACH HOTEL, belonging to the group CONSTANTINOU BROS HOTELS PUBLIC CO. LTD. The agreement becomes into effect from the financial year ending December 2015.

The income is expected to reach € 45,000,000 over the next five years. As a result of the agreement, it is expected that the PIONEER BEACH HOTEL will contribute positively to the financial results of the group.
