ANNOUNCEMENT

BLUE – Loss Warning for six-month 2015 results

Blue Island Plc, pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, announces that the consolidated results of the company for the period ended 30th June 2015 will be negative due to the damages incurred at the fish farm during the severe weather conditions that affected Cyprus on 5th of January 2015 (see relevant company announcement dated 20/01/2015).

It is expected however that the losses will be less than the originally anticipated ones, due mainly to the increased sales of the group during the 1st half of 2015, in comparison with the first half of 2014.

More information will be given with the announcement of the six month results.
