We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Demetra Investment Public Ltd will not meet on Friday, 7 August 2015 as initially announced to examine the half-yearly financial results of the Group for the period ended 30 June 2015. A new date was fixed for 3 August 2015 for the meeting of the Board of Directors to examine the financial results.
The results will be announced in the afternoon of the same day.
