ADDITIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT

LORDOS UNITED PLASTICS LTD makes this additional announcement regarding the Agreement for the Purchase of Individual Assets of the General Partnership KOSMO-PLAST COMPANY (the "Agreement").

The partners of the aforesaid KOSMO-PLAST COMPANY Partnership are the Holy Archbishopric of Cyprus and the Archbishop of Cyprus.

The reasons for the purchase are purely commercial and are related to the benefits for our company from the use and/or alienation of the individual assets which are the object of the Agreement.

The decision for the Agreement was taken following an appraisal by a special expert of the object of the individual assets contained in the Agreement and the relevant advice of our auditors and legal advisors.

The purchase consideration is €885,500 and will be settled with a new issue and allotment of 2,530,000 ordinary shares of our company to the Partnership.

The Agreement was approved by our company's Board of Directors and will be presented for ratification to an Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders, to be convened for this purpose.

This transaction is not related to and does not affect the interests of any member of the Board of Directors or the Secretary or any "prescribed person" under article 137(3) of the Law.
