Transactions by persons performing managerial responsibilities

Pursuant to the Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse. AD Plastik hereby informs on acquisition of shares by persons performing managerial responsibilities.

The President of the Management Board Marinko Došen, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company under the ticker symbol ADPL-R-A, and as award for successful work in 2019, acquired 4,719 shares on March 12, 2021 at a price of HRK 158.45 per share. Acquired shares represent 0.11 percent of the Company's share capital, and after these transactions he owns a total of 17,938 shares.

The member of the Management Board Mladen Peroš, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company under the ticker symbol ADPL-R-A, and as award for successful work in 2019. acquired 1,346 shares on March 12, 2021 at a price of HRK 158.45 per share. Acquired shares represent 0.03 percent of the Company's share capital, and after these transactions he owns a total of 22.183 shares.
