Pursuant to the provisions of Article 474 paragraph 3 of the Capital Market Act, Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, hereby announces that as at 26 February 2021 it holds 4.139.635 own shares, which represents 3,28% of the Company's share capital.

The Company acquires treasury shares based on and in accordance with the conditions determined by the General Assembly's decision on acquisition of treasury shares dated 9/5/2019 which is in force as of 17/11/2019. The Company does not have a share-buyback programme or an employee share ownership plan.

The Company holds and acquires treasury shares as a form of rewarding the Management and key managers pursuant to the Company acts on the long-term reward plan and for the purpose of dividend payout in rights - Company share to the equity holders.
