·    Dermot Gleeson, non-executive Chairman, retired from the Board on 31 December 2022

·    James Thomson succeeded Dermot Gleeson as non-executive Chairman with effect from 1 January 2023

·    Graham Prothero joined the Board as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 January 2023

The next trading update in respect of H1 FY2023 will be issued on 13 January 2023.
