CT UK Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC ("the Company") announces that as part of an orderly succession plan, Sharon Brown retired from the Board on 31 December 2022.

Sharon, who has been Chair of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee, has served on the Board for nine years.  The Company has benefited immensely from Sharon's wide ranging financial and commercial experience.

The Board thanks Sharon for her commitment and wise counsel throughout her period of appointment.

Following Sharon's retirement, Patrick Firth has become Chair of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee.
