Yesterday, the 10th September 2015, the Annual General Meeting of the Public Company Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc took place.
The General Meeting was chaired by the new Executive Chairman and CEO Mr. Marios N. Shacolas who succeeded Mr. Nicolas K. Shacolas founder of the CTC Group who was appointed Life Honorary President of the Company and to whom a commemorative gift was presented for his valuable contribution.
At the meeting Mr. Marios Panayides, Menelaos Con. Shacolas, Stavros Agrotis, Stefos Stefanides, Christakis Charalambous, Chrysoula N. Shacola and Eleni N. Shacola were re-elected as Directors.
KPMG were reappointed Auditors of the Company.
