Subject: Appointment of Mr. Angelos Louis to the Board of Directors

Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd (the «Company») announces the appointment of Mr. Angelos Louis as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Angelos Louis is a co-founder and Director at RED HR Solutions, a company which provides consulting services in Organizational Effectiveness and Human Resources. He has over 25 years of international experience as a manager in the financial and banking sector in Cyprus, USA, Canada and Romania. During the last ten years he has actively been involved in HR issues either as an HR Manager in organizations in Cyprus and Romania or as an advisor to various companies. His experience includes a full range of HR activities, managing and motivating people and core banking services.

He holds an MBA and a first degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in the USA. He is a member of the Cyprus Human Resources Management Association and a Certified Industrial Relations Officer by the Cyprus Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance.

The appointment of Mr. Louis to the above position is consider to be important because it will reinforce the Board of Directors following the retirement of Mr. Alexandros Iakovides the middle of last year. The Board welcomes Mr. Louis as a new member and wishes him every success in his new tasks.
