Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule, the Company makes the following announcement:

As at 30 December 2022 Jupiter's issued share capital consisted of 546,387,282 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence per share, each with one vote.

Jupiter does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Jupiter is 546,387,282. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Jupiter Fund Management plc in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The total number of voting rights confirmed in this announcement reflects all shares repurchased as at 30 December 2022, all of which have been cancelled in accordance with the ongoing share buyback programme.
