NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR')

The Company announces that it has issued 70,187 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise of nil-cost options under the Pod Point IPO Share Plan by David Surtees, a Director and PDMR of the Company as detailed below. 

On completion of the exercise of the options, Mr Surtees has retained ownership of his newly issued Ordinary Shares.

Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue has increased to 154,025,118 with each share carrying a right to vote. The Company has no shares in treasury.
