Block Listing Application

Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 508,208 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Block Listing"). The Block Listing will enable the Company to satisfy market demand in the Company's shares.

It is expected that the Block Listing will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 22 December 2022.

Any Shares issued in connection with the Block Listing application: 

•     will be issued at prices which shall be a premium to latest net asset value per Share prior to the issue and, therefore, will not result in any dilution of the net asset value per existing Shares

•     will rank, when issued, pari passu with the Shares already in issue.
