Pursuant to the obligations under Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, AD Plastik hereby informs on disposal of shares by a person performing managerial duties.

On November 20, 2020, President of the Management Board Marinko Došen, based on trading on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, disposed of 1,000 ADPL shares in the total amount of HRK 145,049, at the average price of HRK 145.05.

The disposed shares represent 0.02381% of the company's share capital, and after this transaction Mr. Došen owns a total of 13.219 shares.
