Supervisory Board appoints Stefan De Loecker as Chairman of the Executive Board of Beiersdorf

Today, the Supervisory Board of Beiersdorf Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, appointed Stefan De Loecker as Chairman of the Executive Board of Beiersdorf as of 1 January 2019.

The Supervisory Board and the current Chairman of the Executive Board, Stefan F. Heidenreich, reached an amicable agreement under which Mr. Heidenreich will retire from the Executive Board as of 31 December 2018.
