Sale of Ordinary Shares from treasury

On 20 December 2022 CT UK Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") sold from treasury 75,000 ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 298.0 pence per ordinary share.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue and dealings are expected to commence on 22 December 2022.

The Company has the ability to issue 5,777,246 ordinary shares under its blocklisting facility.

As a result of the sale, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will stand at 107,289,022 including 507,819 shares held in treasury.  The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 106,781,203. 

The above figure (106,781,203) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
