Update re: Dev Clever Holdings plc
Asimilar Group plc (AIM: ASLR), the AIM quoted investing company focused on technology opportunities in the fields of big data, machine learning, telematics and the Internet of Things (IoT), notes the announcement made this morning by Dev Clever Holdings plc ("Dev Clever"), regarding its decision to submit a request to the Financial Conduct Authority for the cancellation of the listing of its ordinary shares on the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange.

Asimilar has an interest in 72.3 million ordinary shares in Dev Clever representing approximately 8.5% of Dev Clever's issued share capital. In addition, Asimilar retains a warrant to subscribe for a further 35 million new ordinary shares in Dev Clever at 25 pence per Dev Clever share.
