Preliminary Results for the year ended 31^st of December 2015

Herewith we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd, during a meeting held today, has examined and approved the preliminary results of the financial year 2015.

Attached herewith you can find the preliminary results with an explanatory statement.

The preliminary results and the explanatory statement of the Group for the year ended 31^st December 2015, will not be sent to the shareholders, but will be published in the newspaper "O Phileleftheros" on Monday 29th of February 2016 being the first business day after the meeting is held.
