Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs')

On 9 December 2022, the Company granted to Michele Cicchetti, Partner Director, an award over 411,769 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company (the Award). The Award is a conditional award granted under the DWF Group plc Equity Incentive Plan (the EIP).

The Award will vest in equal tranches, with the first tranche vesting on 16 January 2023 and the second tranche upon release of Full Year results, in accordance with the EIP rules and is subject to continued service with the Company.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the Award and no price is payable on the exercise of the Award. For the purposes of this Award, the volume weighted average price for the 5 days immediately preceding 8 November 2022 of £0.6999 was used.
