Change of the Date of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd to examine and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year 2015

Herewith we would like to inform you that the date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd has been transferred for Tuesday, 26^th of April 2016 at 11:00a.m., instead of 15^th of April 2016 at 15:00p.m, as we have initially announced, to examine the following issues:

• 1. Examination and Approval of the Audited Final Results for the year 2015
• 1. To set a date for the Annual General Meeting.

The final results will be announced after the meeting of the Board of Directors.
