Further to our announcement on 2 November 2022, Computacenter plc (the "Company") announces that Christian Jehle will join the Board of the Company on 1 June 2023, as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director.

Tony Conophy will step down from the Board of the Company at the time that Christian is appointed.
