Announcement

The Board of Directors of Interfund Investments PIc at its meeting which was held on 14 April 2016 at 10:00pm in Nicosia, discussed and approved the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2015.

The audited financial statements as these have been approved, do not show any significant variations in comparison to the provisional results for the year, as these have been published on 1 February 2016.

Copies of the audited Financial Statements, the Directors' Report and the Auditor's Report there on, shall be available at the Company's Registered Office in Limassol, Constantinou Paleologou 24, tel. 25341122 and will be also available on the CSE's website, at www.cse.com.cy.

The date for the convening of the Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be decided at a later date and hence the relevant announcements shall be made.
