Transactions of persons performing managerial duties

Pursuant to the obligations under Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, AD Plastik hereby informs on disposal of shares by a person performing managerial duties.

In the period from July 28 to July 31, 2020, President of the Management Board Marinko Došen, based on trading on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, disposed of 3,000 ADPL shares in the total amount of HRK 392,849, at the average price of HRK 130.95.

The disposed shares represent 0.07144% of the company's share capital, and after this transaction Mr. Došen owns a total of 14,219 shares.
