ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors of the Public Company Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc, in the meeting that took place on 20 April 2016, reviewed and approved the Financial Statements of the Company and the Group for the year 2015.

A. Financial Results

There is no material change from the Preliminary Results announced on 25 February, 2016.

The Audited Consolidated Financial Statements of the Group are sent to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and can be found on the website of the Company www.woolworthgroup.com.cy.

B. Annual General Meeting

The date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be announced later.
