Transfer of Treasury Shares to Employee Benefit Trust

Reach plc announces that on 2 December 2022 it transferred to participants in its Reach Employees' Benefit Trust ("EBT") 1,013,951 ordinary shares of 10p each.  The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, Reach plc holds a total of 5,014,410 ordinary shares of 10p each in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares of 10p each in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 317,070,859.
