THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND

Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13

The Directors have declared a third interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2022 of 3.20 pence ordinary share (2021: 3.00 pence). The dividend will be paid on 1 February 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 January 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 5 January 2023.

A dividend re-investment plan is available for shareholders, for which the election date will be 13 January 2023.

As stated in the Half Year Report for the year ending 31 December 2022, the Board is committed to a further rise in our dividend this year, which will be the 52nd consecutive rise in total dividend for shareholders.
