Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Caerus Mineral Resources PLC (LON:CMRS), the exploration and resource development company focused on developing mineral resources to support the global 'Clean Energy' initiative, announces the appointment of Adrian England as an independent Non-Executive Director. Adrian will be appointed as a member of the Company's Audit and Risk and Remuneration Committees.

Adrian England has been in practice since 1982 when he started his professional life as a solicitor. His areas of expertise include commercial litigation, property litigation, employment and business law.

Over the course of over 20 years, Adrian has represented numerous public limited companies in substantial commercial litigation matters and undertakes most of his client's advocacy in court.

The appointment will take effect immediately.
