ANNOUNCEMENT

LCP Holdings and Investments Public Ltd (the "Company") announces that at today's meeting, its Board of Directors approved the Group's Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements for the quarter ended 31 March 2016, which are attached hereto.

An extract of the Group's Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements will be published tomorrow, in the newspaper "PHILELEPHTEROS". The Group's Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements will not be sent to the beneficiaries of titles, but interested investors may obtain, free of charge, a copy of the full text of the Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements at 154, Limassol Avenue, 2025 Strovolos, Nicosia. The Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements are also available on the Company's website, www.lcpholdings.com, as well as on the website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, www.cse.com.cy.
