• - Information on reversal of litigation provisions pursuant to the nonappealable verdict in favour of HPB

In accordance with the article 17 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c. (hereafter referred to as: HPB) informs the investment community that on June 12, 2020 it has received the second-instance verdict by the High Commercial Court in Zagreb no. Pž-3799/2019 dated May 14, 2020 by which the first-instance verdict is altered and the plaintiffs' claim – by which HPB was order to pay an amount of HRK 80.334.073,33 together with penalty interest accrued since March 10, 2011 to the plaintiff Moj dvor građenje d.o.o. – is denied.

The plaintiff is ordered to settle litigation expenses to the defendant by the same secondinstance verdict, amounting to HRK 1.302.500,00 within eight days.

Based on the above verdict, HPB will reverse the previously formed provision in the amount of HRK 89.111.170,44.

The amount in question will be stated as income in the income statement for the second quarter of 2020 within the item AOP 020.
