Pursuant to the obligations under Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, AD Plastik hereby informs on disposal of shares by a person performing managerial duties.

On June 10, Deputy President of the Supervisory Board Ivica Tolić, based on trading on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, disposed of 1,500 ADPL shares at the average price of HRK 146.17 per share, in the total amount of HRK 219,250. The disposed shares represent 0.03572% of the company's share capital, and after this transaction Mr. Tolić owns a total of 40,881 shares of AD Plastik.
