Subject: Legal matters

Ericsson Nikola Tesla ("ENT") received the Statement of Objections ("Statement") rendered by the Croatian Competition Agency ("Agency") on 29 May 2020. The Agency has carried out investigations against several companies in the sector of sale, installation, maintenance and upgrade of home telephone switchboards and systems (PBX), based on the alleged existence of anti-competitive arrangements in the Republic of Croatia.

The annual sales value of products and/or services realized by ENT on the relevant market amounted to around 0.09% of overall ENT revenues recorded in 2019.

ENT has provided all relevant information to the Agency during the investigation and has cooperated to best of its ability. ENT will retain such proactive stance in the proceedings going forward.

In case of new significant developments, ENT shall continue to inform the public promptly and transparently.
