The Company confirms that, following the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting and as indicated in the Annual Report and financial statements for the year ended 31 July 2022, Mr Nigel Cayzer has retired as a Director of the Company.  The Directors would like to reiterate their sincere thanks and appreciation for the enormous contribution to the Company made by Mr Cayzer as Chairman since the launch of the Company in 1995. 

As anticipated in the Annual Report, Mr Krishna Shanmuganathan has now been appointed Chairman of the Company.
