KHD strengthens Management Board
Cologne, Germany, December 2, 2018 – The Supervisory Board of KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG (KHD), Cologne, appointed Mr. Yizhen “Mario” Zhu with immediate effect as Chairman of the Management Board until December 31, 2019. Mr. Tao Xing was appointed with immediate effect as additional member of the Management Board until December 31, 2021.
Mr. Zhu already served on KHD’s Management Board from 2011 to 2017. Mr. Xing served as member of KHD’s Supervisory Board in 2015 and as member of the Management Board in 2016.
