Change in the 2020 Events Calendar

Pursuant to the provisions of the Article 137 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby inform about the changes in the Events Calendar. The Supervisory Board meeting announced for May 28, 2020 will be held on July 2, 2020. The General Assembly will be held on August 24, 2020 instead of the announced date – July 16, 2020.
