As previously announced, and in line with the current Remuneration Policy, any bonus over 100% of base salary paid to Mr Honeyman and Mr Adey will be deferred into shares which will have to be held for three years.
The Company was informed today that Mr Honeyman purchased 3,409 ordinary 12.5p shares and Mr Adey purchased 2,030 ordinary 12.5p shares. Both purchases meet the requirement of the Remuneration Policy to defer any bonus over 100% of base salary into shares, both purchases were made in their spouses names.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulations.
