Mitsides Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 24/6/2016, examined, among others, the progress of operations of the Group as well as of the Serbian subsidiary Mitsides Point D.o.o.. They also examined the anticipated, according to current circumstances, impact of BREXIT on the Group's operations, which is not expected to be significant.
