First Quarterly Interim Dividend
The Directors have declared that a first quarterly interim dividend of 1.0 pence per share for the financial year ended 31st July 2023 will be paid on 25 January 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16 December 2022 (ex-dividend date 15 December 2022).
The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), which is managed by the Company's registrar. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar, Equiniti Limited.
