As previously announced in the Company's 2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements, and following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, the Company announces that Sarah Fromson has retired from the Board. Elisabeth Scott has succeeded Sarah and has assumed the role of Chairman of the Company.

The Board would like to thank Sarah Fromson for her wise counsel and valuable contribution to the Company during her tenure and wish her well for the future.
