Vogel and acts in all assigned tasks for the gentlemen Elias Vogel and Noah Vogel, who each in the undivided community of heirs after Philipp J.N. Vogel, consisting of Annett Vogel, Elias Vogel and Noah Vogel, belong. The voting rights of the undivided community of heirs can only be exercised uniformly for the shares of the community of heirs that are held in total, and not separately according to inheritance.
