The Board of Impax Environmental Markets plc ("IEM", or the "Company") announces the resignation of Nicholas Hurd as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from the end of its financial year, 31 December 2022.
Mr Hurd joined the IEM Board in 2021, prior to which he was a Member of the Westminster Parliament and a Government Minister. Since retiring as an MP he has taken on a number of domestic and international advisory roles connected with the environment and climate change.
He has informed the Board that his expanding commitments elsewhere leave him with insufficient time to fulfil his role at IEM. The Board fully understands this decision and thanks Nick for his contributions to its deliberations and to the Company's development.
