Announcement about the impact of the COVID-19 virus on business

In accordance with ESMA's guidelines for disclosing the impact of the COVID-19 virus on business, we hereby inform the investment public that our customer Automobile Dacia has continued production in Romania. Initially production will take place with reduced capacities and capacities of our affiliated company Euro Auto Plastic Systems (EAPS) will adapt accordingly.
