Announcement about the impact of the COVID-19 virus on business

In accordance with ESMA's guidelines for disclosing the impact of the COVID-19 virus on business, we hereby inform the investment public that part of our customers have continued their business operations. Today Ford has continued its production at the production sites in Germany and Romania. Fiat has also launched production at production sites in Italy, and Suzuki in Hungary has also started operating.

All customers will initially be working with reduced capacities and capacities of our factories will adapt accordingly.
