Darktrace announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transactions.
Nicole Eagan, Chief Strategy Officer and AI Officer, has notified Darktrace that, as part of a series of connected transactions under one dealing instruction, on 18 November she sold 685,263 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of 386.38 pence per share, on 21 November she sold 93,981 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of 374.8 pence per share and on 22 November she sold 528,150 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of 378.7 pence per share.
The total amount sold represents less than 10% of Ms Eagan's total vested and unvested holding.
