We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of ISXIS INVESTMENT PUBLIC LTD, held on Monday, July 18, 2016 approved the following:
a) The Directors' Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2015.
b) The re-election of Mr George Mavroudes and Mr Charis Vasiliades as Board members.
c) The remuneration of the Board members. The Directors waived their right to remuneration for 2016.
d) The reappointment of A.E CHARALAMBOUS & Co AUDITORS Ltd as auditors for 2016 and the authorization of the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
