SUBJECT: DECISIONS OF THE 34th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 34^th Annual General Meeting of Dome Investments Public Company Ltd was held on Wednesday 27 July 2015, at Constantinos the Great Beach Hotel in Protaras.

The Annual General Meeting discussed and resolved on the following:

1. Examined and approved the Directors' report, the Financial Statements and the Auditors' report for the year ended 31 December 2015.

2. Examined and approved the re-election of the retiring Director Mrs Anastasia Tsokkou.

3. Examined and decided that the Non-Executive Directors' remuneration for 2016 will remain at an annual fee of €1.000 plus €350 for each meeting of the Board of Directors.

4. Examined and approved the re-appointment of the auditors KPMG Ltd and authorized the Board of Directors to determine their remuneration
